Dissertation work is sanctified to development of methodical bases to the improvement of the administrative accounting subsystem of state higher educational institution in information provision of assessment and analysis of performance of departments. Genesis of scientific thought of relatively economic efficiency of activity of organizations and indexes is investigational for her estimation, in particular the state higher educational establishment. The analysis and theoretical generalization of existent methodical bases are conducted in relation to assignments, directions and information analysis of the effectiveness of state higher education institution. Theoretical and methodical positions of account are generalized on the centers of responsibility in state higher educational establishment. The existent forms of budget and report are improved about his implementation of departments and faculties. A method is offered to the analysis of efficiency of activity of departments of state higher educational establishment. The informative-organizational providing of estimation and analysis of efficiency of activity of departments is developed.
