Essay

The Ph.D. work is devoted to the investigation of the RNA and ribonucleotides spectral properties. Also it's devoted to studies of the spectral manifestation of the oligoRNA/oligoadenylate-protein interaction. The RNA energy structure was estimated. The proofs of the existence of mobile singlet and triplet electronic excitations in the RNA macromolecule were obtained in the current work. The average singlet and triplet electronic mobile excitation displacements along the RNA macromolecule were estimated. The evidences of the oligoadenylate and human albumin binding were obtained.
