Essay

The thesis is devoted to the reliability increase of the working elements of corn planters by the use of vibratory method of strengthening their part surface, defining the renewal parameters and the introduction of the developed technology. The approaches to the problem have been analysed and the use of vibration fluctuations in the renewal process and strengthening disk working elements of corn planters have been grounded in the work. The disk parameters of corn planters ploughshare and the character of strengthening process of surface metal under different methods of their renewal have been grounded theoretically. The parameters of technological renewal process and strengthening ploughshare disks have been investigated and defined experimentally. Experimentally investigated and determined the optimal process parameters of restoration and strengthening disc: amplitude processing A = 0,5 mm, the oscillation frequency n = 1400 min-1, time t = 20 s. The technological renewal process of ploughshare disks strengthening by vibratory deformation has been introduced into the industry.
