The dissertation deals with a complex and comprehensive analysis of legal relationships of use of natural resources for the purpose of tourism in Ukraine. In the dissertation the author analyses scientific and legislative aspects of adjusting of use of natural resources for the purpose of tourism, on the basis of what positions that tourism is one of the form of recreation and relationships of use of natural resources for the purpose of tourism in Ukraine are carried out through the law of recreational use of natural resources are grounded. Division into periods and classification the doctrine and normative acts in the sphere of use of natural resources for the purpose of tourism have been conducted.
