Sarkisova T. Land wrongdoing as а ground for legal responsibility in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive research of land wrongdoing as a ground for legal responsibility (to the concept, essence, legal nature, types, historical development of the institute of legal responsibility for land wrongdoings; to the peculiarities of land wrongdoing as a grounds for appearance of certain kinds of legal relationships of protective character (according to the type of legal responsibility). At the same time land wrongdoings are studied as a social negative phenomenon determined by the author as a "land delictness". Special attention is paid to the problems of effectiveness of the existing types of legal responsibility as to prevention and fight against wrongdoings in the sphere of land use and land protection. Specific proposals to strengthen legal responsibility for land wrongdoings are made.
