The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of legal regulation of payment for labour of state-financed employees in Ukraine. The research ascertains general features of payment for labour of state-financed employees: (a) existence of a single source of compensational payment for labor; (b) single method of direct state regulation of rates calculation, setting forms and systems of payment for labour; (c) dependence of salary rate of employees from the rate of expenditures from the state or local budget.
