Kravchenko I. Non-Governmental Pension Security in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of non-governmental pension security in the pension system of Ukraine. It ascertains the essence and aim of non-governmental pension security, determines its general and special principles. There were studied and classified the subjects of non-governmental pension security, defined grounds and conditions of subjects' participation in its system. The types and grounds for pension payments were determined; the guarantees for participants of non-governmental pension security were studied and analyzed. There were outlined the drawbacks in legislation regulating non-governmental pension security.
