Goloborodko V. The legal regulation of the internal labor routine

Internal labor routine has been considered as determined by the labor law norms organization and order of the workers collective labor activity, their interrelations between themselves and with their employers (representatives) and also connected with this labor rights and obligations. The advisability of the inclusion in the Labor Code of Ukraine two separate chapters "Internal Labor Routine" and "Labor Discipline" has been proved. The chapter "Internal Labor Routine" has to contain such articles as: a) the conception of internal labor routine; b) normative acts determining internal labor routine; c) the conception and contents of the internal labor routine rules; d) types and order of the internal labor routine rules adoption.
