Teslenko T. The Formation of Modern Management of the Railway Transport in Freight Transportations.

The dissertation is devoted to deepening theoretical and methodical development of the enterprises management principles of railway transport in freight transportations. The modern effective mechanism of the railway transport enterprises management is offered in freight transportations at a vertical integrated principle which is a component part of the reformation model. The system on the management of freight transportations is structured as programmed, legal, administrative and technical ones. The measures on the increase of freight transportation efficiency are structured. The existing fleet of freight carriages different ownership patterns based on two variants and the necessity of coordinated management of the car fleet is grounded. The organizational structure of freight transportation management is built in accordance with the stage of carrying out the structural reform. Bringing in some changes to the Rules of complex calculations in four variants with the purpose of arrangement according to the international and legislative order norms of the use of economic sanctions in the relationship between the railways have been suggested. Two variants of the estimation method of the maximal lost profit and maximally lost income are offered, with their subsequent comparison with the actually received payment for the use of foreign carriages. The selection of transit, intermodal and refrigerator transportations into the separate types of activity has been grounded.
