Theoretical, methodological and practical aspects concerning the evaluation of the investment potential of the enterprise are developed in thesis. Definition of "investment potential of enterprise" from the concept of market value management point is proposed. The approach that proves the level of intellectual capital is the determining factor in the formation of the investment potential of the enterprise, with a view on the actual state of the innovation component fluencies in the investment activity. The methodological approach to the system of evaluation of the investment potential of enterprises for the study of optimal investment decisions regarding the management of the development of enterprises on the basis of full economic result and relative indicators of effectiveness, invested resources based on the currently projected data. Implementation controlling investment activity subsystem in the enterprise management system, which is based on the concept of value management is substantiated.
