Saunin R. Administrative and legal protection of the right for computer programs in Ukraine.

The dissertation is dedicated to complex scientific and theoretical analysis of administrative and legal protection of the right for computer programs in Ukraine. The features of the legal categories "administrative and legal protection of the right for computer programs" in narrow, broad, the broadest sense, and "mechanism of administrative and legal protection of the right for computer programs" were determined. The problems of administrative and legal status of the subjects of public administration and the subjects of the right for computer programs were cleared out in the dissertation. It was discovered the principles, forms, means and procedures of administrative and legal protection of the right for computer programs. The dissertation contains the analysis of international experience, formed directions of improvement, particularly it was suggested the institutions of executive power, institutions of local self-government and budgetary institutions to turn to open software, to add the Code of Ukraine about Administrative Offences, Articles 51-3 "Violation of the right for computer program in the institutions, enterprises and organizations"; and part 7 of the Article 212-6 in the version "Creation with the purpose to use, distribute or commercialize; distribution or commercialization of computer programs meant for illegal access to information which is stored, processed or passed within the information (automated) systems".
