Essay

The paper presents complex and systematic research of criminalistic providing in human trafficking investigation of transnational character, essence and task of international cooperation of investigation bodies and international organizations (Interpol), which is based on legislation study literary sources and results of judicial - investigating summarizing. In particular, elements of criminalistic human trafficking characteristics as a transnational crime are discovered and characterized; international documents which regulate human trafficking illigality and essence of corresponding crime actions at international level and shown.
