Essay

In the dissertation the complex investigation of sham business entities phenomenon is made. Their definition and criminalistics classification are proposed by the author. The cases of illegal registration of sham business entities are analyzed. The essence of ways by which such entities committing the offences and the traces of such activity are considered. The peculiarities of using informational resources in the context of revealing crimes are proposed. The peculiarities of tactics in the process of revealing crimes and operational documenting for criminal activities concerned sham business entities are investigated.
