Dissertation is one of first monographic research of legal problems of the administrative - legal adjusting of nonbanking financial institutions in Ukraine in domestic legal science. An author defines a problem situation in the field of the administrative - legal adjusting of nonbanking financial institution activity and its scalene analysis is carried out. The row of such concepts as "nonbanking financial institutions", "government control of nonbanking financial institutions", " administrative - legal adjusting of nonbanking financial institutions activity", "legitimation of nonbanking financial institutions", "supervision after activity of nonbanking financial institutions", which determines the maintenance of the brobed legal relationships. The lacks of the administrative - legal adjusting of nonbanking financial institutions activity in Ukraine are reflected. Together with other measures the scientifically grounded suggestions in relation to making alteration and additions in normative - legal acts on research problem are developed.
