Essay

The aim is to solve theoretical and methodological problems of the formation mechanism of marketing environmental risk management of the metallurgical industry by expanding directions of study of marketing environment to identify external and internal factors on the degree of environmental risks and their consequences. Object: environmental risk management processes in the metallurgical industry of Donetsk region. Method: analysis and synthesis, induction, logical analysis, economic analysis, a statistical method, the method of expert estimates, methods of functional analysis. The paper analyzes the system of categories and concepts, of risk management, marketing management, complete and ordered list of ecological risks arising in the company. Based on the analysis of the main approaches to managing of ecological risks proposed management mechanism from the point of marketing and responding to modern demands to influence industrial enterprises on the environment.
