Lutsenko I. Remote sensing of the Earth's troposphere with using radiation of ground and satellite radiosystems

Object is physical processes of propagation and scattering of radio waves in the troposphere of the Earth. The purpose is development of radiophysics methods diagnostic of troposphere using ground and satellite systems. Methods of researches are the methods of statistical radiophysics, radio engineering, remote sensing, and mathematical statistics. Features of VHF signals behavior over the horizon, radiation of the global navigation satellite systems, depending on the troposphere refraction conditions and presence thunderstorms on the propagation path are ascertained. New methods of refraction diagnosis, dangerous meteorological phenomena and air targets detection are proposed. Sphere of the use is radio physics, radar.
