Vlasova O. Forming of Economic Adaptability Coke Enterprise Management System

The object of research is the change processes in the enterprise activity as a way of respond to the environment variability. The purpose of research is justification of theoretical positions, development of scientific-methodical and practical recommendations for the management of coke enterprises economic adaptability. Methods of research are methods of deduction and induction; theoretical synthesis; the method of hierarchies; formalization; statistical analysis; methods of multidimensional factor analysis, cluster analysis, regression analysis; the method of expert estimates. Methodical approach to the choice of method of formation and development of key abilities coke enterprises to proactively change that based on the allocation models of behavior in the market and sources of the formation and development; theoretical and analytical approach to the selection of priority adaptation activities coke enterprise for the volatility of the environment that consists in the complex combination of "economic adaptability of enterprises" concepts formalization and justification of indicators that characterizes the proactive and reactive changes; the methodical approach to the definition of priority measures for timely and appropriate adjustment of the coke enterprise activities through the variability of the environment are got the further development. Methodological approach to the formation of the management order for enterprise economic adaptability that lies in the identification of key ability to proactively change, the ways of formation and development; definition of the notion of "economic adaptability of enterprises" that considered from the standpoint of economic entities behavior economic rationality as the company's ability to implement the change in activities by taking into account the targets and ensure financial and economic stability, efficiency and flexibility of production processes, competence management are improved. Research results are used in the activity of the Research Center of Industrial Development Problems of the NAS of Ukraine (certificate No 56/5 from 15.06.2011 p.), PJSC "Yasinovskiy coke plant" (certificate No 23/2 from 19.04.2011 p.).
