Essay

Dissertation work is devoted to development of methodical positions and practical recommendations of creation innovative-technological clusters on the base of machine-building enterprises. Pre-conditions and principles of creation, innovative technological clusters were studied. The approaches to their classification were noted. On the base of foreign experience it was done the conclusion about expedience of forming innovative technological clusters on the base of Ukrainian interactive enterprises. The retrospective analysis of machine-building indexes was conducted. The low level of innovative activity and general development of machine-building enterprises was found out. According to the results of existent innovative cluster the "Oksamitovy Shlyakh" it was proven the necessity of clusterization. The cluster connections and components were identified. It is developed the logic-structural, economic-mathematical models and organizationally economic mechanism of creation innovative-technological clusters of machine-building type. A concept "efficiency of cluster" was exposed and the set of cluster competitive advantage is found. The strategic directions of organization of innovative technological clusters competitive advantages were formulated. The role of infrastructure and scientific-personnel potential is found. The list of obligatory infrastructural members was marked for the functioning cluster. The stage process of organization and estimation of economic efficiency is offered for machine-building innovative-technological cluster.
