Essay

The dissertation focuses on the theoretical evidence and new solution of the scientific topic pertaining the diagnostics and treatment of the various subtypes of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), taking into account the found deviations of copper metabolism on the background of dysbiotic changes of microflora, it's metabolic activity, morphological properties of the large intestine, dysplastic changes of the connective tissue and the disclosed psychoneurological derangements. 120 patients with IBS were examined. Among them IBS patients with constipation and diarrhea were predominated (43,3% and 35,0% patients respectively). Mixed subtype of IBS in 15,8% and undifferenciated subtype of IBS 5,9%. were observed. In all IBS patients clinical, biochemical and morphological peculiarities were analized
