This thesis is dedicated to the philosophically-methodological reflection (paradigmatisation) of comparative-legal functionalism. It is determined of dualistic influence of functionalism to comparative-legal knowledge. From the one side, functionalism is the incarnation of "paradigmatic referent idea". In other words it identify own theoretically-methodological content with a priori horizon of scientific thought.
