Dergaliuk B. Government control of leasings relations is in a national economy

Dissertation is devoted a theoretical ground and development of practical recommendations in the field of improvement of the system of government control of leasing. The historical, legal and economic analysis of development of leasing and systems of him is conducted. Pre-conditions of forming of market of leasings services are certain, and also basic constituents of leasings relations in Ukraine, features of the system of their adjusting the state. Basic factors which restrain effective development of leasing from point of scopes of state influence and market self-regulation are certain. The system of principles and forms of government control of leasing is certain after industries in the structure of national economy. The necessity of forming of terms of development of leasing in Ukraine by creation and introduction of complex mechanism of adjusting, which will include necessary methods, instruments, take into account functional dependence of institucional'noy constituent, and also elements of self-regulation, is argued. Criteria are also offered estimations of government control of leasing, givings description to not only the policy of organs of power but also leasings relations.
