Byelkin M. Administrative legal grounds of maintenance of activity of institutes of joint investment in Ukraine

The means of administrative legal regulation of the institutes of joint investment in Ukraine have been studied, the study being based on the analysis of the public legal component in the activities of these institutions. Analysis of local administrative and legal relations in the system of relations in the sphere of mutual investment. Comparison of Directive 85/611/EEC of 20.12.1985. The means of administrative legal regulation of joint investment institutes in Ukraine and administrative legal relations emerging in the process of implementation of these means have been systematized. Recommendations as to the improvement of the legislation in the sphere of joint investment institutes activity have been suggested.
