A research object is a process of anti-recessionary management of bank institutions. The aim of dissertation work is deepening of theoretical principles of anti-recessionary management of bank institutions. For realization of the put tasks were the use such methods: dialectical, system, logical, coefficient, statistical, tabular, graphic. The practical value of the got results consists in the ground of conceptual principles of anti-recessionary of management bank institutions. A scientific novelty consists in development of practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of diagnostics, warning and overcoming of the crisis phenomena in a bank sector. Sphere of the use: of НБУ - for early diagnostics of financial firmness of banks, by supervisory organs - for warning of the crisis phenomena in jars, by bank institutions - at development of strategy and tactics of anti-recessionary management of a bank.
