Essay

The dissertation research is devoted to construction the asymptotic solutions of the linear singularly perturbed systems of delay differential equations with the identically singular matrix near the derivatives. Conditions of solution existence and uniqueness of the initial-value problem for systems with the constant delay are found. The problem of construction of particular solutions of linear singularly perturbed systems of differential equations with the identically singular matrix near the derivatives and small delay of the argument is researched.
