The analysis and gives a general description of the elements of administrative and legal status of the head of the local Court of Ukraine. Analysis of rights and duties of the head of the local Court of Ukraine. The main provisions of the legal responsibility of the local head of the court of Ukraine, including such species as the disciplinary and administrative responsibility. Substantiated proposals for amending existing legislation to improve the legal regulation of administrative and legal status of the head of the local Court of Ukraine.
