Theoretical positions are considered and practical recommendations concerning the providing of the commercial proposal competitiveness of the building materials manufacturer are made. The modern state of the construction materials market by the parameters of its development, functions and elements of market mechanism is analyzed. The features of material and immaterial components of the commercial proposal of the building materials manufacturer are detected.
