Mohamed A. Strategic management of external economic activity of an industrious enterprise

Foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises of Ukraine in globalization has been described. The essence and the structure of strategic management of external economic activity of industrious enterprises have been defined. The substantial ele-ments of the process of decision-making in strategic management of external economic activity of an industrious enterprise have been specified. The instruments of strategic management of external economic activity of an enterprise has been analyzed. The standard model of management functions analysis by O.A. Kirichenko has been com-plemented with the block of adjustment of a strategic plan. The procedure of goal-setting in management of enterprise foreign economic activity has been specified. The module approach to the strategic management of external economic activity of an industrious enterprise has been substantiated. The content of organizational modeling of the system of strategic management of foreign economic activity of an industrious enterprise has been improved. The organization of management activity on an industrious enterprise has improved on the basis of distributing functions of strategic management between subsections of an industrious enterprise and emphasis of specific tasks on tracing the results of external economic activity and changes in the goals of ex-ternal economic activity. Explication of structure of an industrious enterprise has been performed. The developed recommendations have been used in activity of industrious enterprises.
