Lykhodid V. The grounds of structural and technological parameters of the roller device for quetching of wet wool

Object of research: technological process of wet wool quetching. The purpose of research: to improve the efficiency of wet wool quetching through the development of roll-squeezing device construction, the grounds and optimization of its design and technological parameters and operating modes. Theoretical studies were based on the analysis of the interaction of roll-squeezing device working body with wet wool layer in the process of wet treatment on the basis of continuum mechanics using the methods of theoretical mechanics, differential calculations and mechanical and mathematical modeling. Theoretical calculations and experimental analysis was carried out using PEC. Theoretically and experimentally determined the impact of major structural and technological parameters of roll-squeezing device on quality and energy performance of the working process. Production tests of roll-quetching device carried out and techno-economic assessment of the effectiveness of its use. The novelty of the technical decisions protected by patents of Ukraine №№ 36408, 51205, 57408, 57998. The results of scientific researches accepted and used to improve the technology and experimental line of wool primary processing by M. Ivanov IABSA"Askania Nova" NAAS (Kherson region), in the implementation of mechanized technology of IMSR NAAS by private enterprise "Romantsov I.M" Zaporozhye , and the manufacture of equipment of technological module of the primary processing of wool TM PPW-8,0 by Co.Ltd "Service-South", Dnipropetrovsk.
