Object of research - the gas-dynamic processes in the flowpart of the high-pressure cylinder of steam turbines. The purpose of research - the increasing of the gas-dynamic efficiency of steam turbines high-pressure cylinders stage with the spatial blades contouring using. Theoretical and practical results - established main regularities of influence of a difficult lean of device and rotor blades can be used in the design and modernization of the flow passages of high pressure cylinders of steam turbines to increase their gas-dynamic efficiency. Implementation of the proposed new forms of spatial profiling rotor blades will reduce the kinetic energy losses in the flowing section of the high-pressure cylinder steam turbines. Novelty - the first time to study the effect of different forms of profiling rotor blades on the flow structure and gas-dynamic characteristics of the active cascades of steam turbines, and established the basic regularities of such influence. The mechanism of action of sweep on the flow structure in the high-pressure cylinder stage is further explanation. The influence of new forms of the rotor blades spatial profiling on the flow structure and gas-dynamic characteristics of the high-pressure cylinder active stages is researched.
