In dissertational work theoretical bases of organization development of agricultural enterprises are investigated. The basic scientifically-methodological bases of the given process are defined. The tendencies and problems of organization development of agricultural enterprises are estimated, the basic functional components which cause transition of organization of agricultural enterprises to a new stage of development are established. The model of system organization development of agricultural enterprises is of-fered. It provides system of the given process at five levels: an agricultural enterprise, a rural territory, a region, an area and the state. Offers on an establishment of effect from activity of agricultural enterprises in rural territories in each phase of organization development are resulted. The mechanism of organization development of agricultural enterprises on the basis of the account of resource maintenance interrelation, organization of economic activities and social orientation of agricultural enterprises functioning, realization of system monitoring of all components of agricultural enterprises organization to reach the definite goal is developed.
