Essay

The thesis deals with an improvеment of the management of hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetes type 2. It was found that a deterioration of the functional properties of erythrocytes and the rise of anisotropy of smears of erythrocytes in the context of left ventricular remodeling continuum correlated with an impairment of systolic, diastolic and integral function. It was determined that a worsening of glucose metabolism contributed to the rise of anisotropy of smears of erythrocytes. A possibility of standard therapy including rosuvastatin to improve deformability of erythrocytes and reduce the relative viscosity of their suspension was demonstrated.
