Metlushko O. Bank activities on the market of corporative securities

The object of the dissertation is functioning of banks in the securities market of Ukraine in the modern transformation conditions. Its aim is the realization of conceptualization of the principles of banks in the market for corporate securities and developing the practical recommendations for improving the impact of banks on the functioning and development of corporate securities. The methods of the work are the following: economic analysis, classifying and grouping of historical and logical reasoning, comparison, dialectic method of learning, observation, synthesis, detailing indicators, graphic images. The results are advanced theoretical recommendations of its stimulation. The novelty of the work is offered for defying of securities and theoretical approach for using of clustering in the formation of the bank portfolio in order to identify areas of interest to minimize risk. The results of the work are fulfilled into practical activity of JSC Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Lviv", JSC "Commercial Bank" Khreshchatyk", Ternopil regional department of the State Commission on Securities and Stock Exchange and in the educational process in the Ternopil National Economic University.
