Meniv L. Administrative responsibility for violation of legislation on consumer protection

Object - social relations arising from the administrative responsibility for violation of the law on consumer protection purpose - based on the analysis of the theoretical achievements of scientists of different fields of law, international experience, and current legislation of Ukraine and the generalization of the practice of its implementation to determine the nature and features of administrative responsibility in the law on consumer protection, to develop recommendations on the improvement of national legislation and its application in this area; novelty - singled out specific features that are essential to characterize the administrative responsibility for violation of legislation on consumer protection and at the same time such that distinguish it from other types of legal liability and proposed a fundamentally new basis to predict the right to check and apply administrative penalties for violation of legislation on consumer protection only territorial consumer protection agencies, formulated a number of concrete proposals for amendments to existing regulations regulations, including the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences, the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" results - the thesis material may be used in scientific research, legislative enforcement areas and the learning process.
