The dissertation investigates the legal and practical aspects of judicial review of pre-trial stages of criminal proceedings. The essence of judicial review of pre-trial stages of criminal justice, its limits and correlation of prosecutor's supervision and departmental control, and the task of judicial review under a criminal investigation and preliminary investigation.
