Urchenko A. Principles of labor law in the regulation of working time and rest time under the market conditions

The thesis is devoted to the comprehensive study of the principles of labor law in the aspect of working time and rest time regulation under the market conditions. The role and the importance of the labor law principles at the present stage are defined. Taking into account the international legal standards of work the propositions concerning their legislative reflection are made. The necessity of the normative fixing of the principles of the Institute of working time and rest time is justified and the list of these principles is offered. The expediency to foresee in the new Labour Code of Ukraine the section "Free Time" is justified and a structure of this section is suggested.
