The concept and the system of protective relations in the labour law are certain in the work. The control-supervisory relations and relation of property responsibility of the parties of the labour contract defined to be the elements of this system. The circle of subjects of these legal relationships is outlined and their classification is conducted. The elements of the legal regulation's mechanism of the protective relations in the labour law are certain . The legal ways of increase of efficiency of this mechanism are worked out taking into account general system and dynamic criteria.
