Dissertation is devoted complex research of the legal adjusting of working hours of persons which require enhanceable defence in the conditions of market relations, namely scientifically pedagogical workers, workers of medical sphere, civil servants, workers, in the sphere of agricultural production and law enforcement authorities. Author definition of concepts "agricultural worker", "working hours of workers of medical sphere is certain". It is suggested to foresee in the project of the Labour code of Ukraine a separate section which will legislatively regulate labour of this category of workers.
