Blyzniuk E. Cancelation of a Labour Contract on an Employee's Initiative

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of legal regulation of cancelation of a labour contract on an employee's initiative and its further improvement under current conditions. The author gives his own definition of cancelation of a labour contract on an employee's initiative; analyses its correlation with the related legal notions.The results of a research were laid down in the form of propositions of changes and attachments to the Labour Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine. There was suggested a number of legal norms aimed to regulate cancelation of a labour contract on an employee's initiative in the new Labour Code of Ukraine
