The paper analyzes properties of color spaces and their matrixes according to the proposed classification, as well as the technologies of color substitution that are used to convert between spaces with different color gamut. A fundamentally new technology for color correction for conversion between systems with different color gamut based on isochromes of Munsell has been pro-posed. Basing on this new technology, the color data conversion information model and computer program "IСaS CMYK-Сorrection" have been created. The program allows to: substitute colors that are not reproducible in CMYK, get image gamut and non reproducible colors of the digital original.
