Kovalenko A. Value-based management of development of the enterprise (by materials of the leasing companies in Ukraine)

The dissertation is devoted to issues of value-based management of leasing companies in Ukraine in the information plane of modern economic development. Explored and established the relationship between the categories of "value", " management of value", "value-based management"; systematically methodological tools valuation of the company; specifically mentioned basic imperatives of becoming value-based management. The study determined the status of national leasing market, formed the main strategic directions of its development, taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of modern financial instruments. A method of assessing the value of the lease agreement and specifically mentioned the key indicators determine its effectiveness. Constructed value-based management system of leasing companies, especially given its activity.
