Chaplygina O. Development of rent land relations of Agricultural enterprises under reform

Thesis is dedicated to solving the problem of developing theoretical and applied areas of recommendations for improvement of lease of land relations on the farms in terms of reform. The method of reconciling the interests of tenants and owners of agricultural land based on the game-theoretic modelling has been proposed, which allowed to obtain a list of necessary economic conditions in the rental agreement. The methodical approach to determining the value of agricultural land has been evolved, which, unlike existing approaches takes into account the synergistic effect of the level of financial system development and living standards in the country; principles of effective regulation of land rental relationships that take into account the interests of the parties, the level of financial system development, technology, agricultural production and quality characteristics of the earth; system infrastructure to ensure effective lease, which includes the following elements: land owners, tenants, state universities, funding channels, a database of characteristics of soil quality and contractual aspects of land lease.
