Vahhuk O. Methods of investigating attacks on collectors.

Dissertation is devoted the theoretical and practical questions of methods of investigating attacks on collectors. Methods of preparation, commitment and concealment attacks were determined. Investigation of the situation arising in the initial and the following stages of the investigation of attacks on the cash messengers are determined and algorithms for actions of an investigator in appropriate situations to solve certain problems of investigation were worked out. Efficiency and specificity of the primary investigation, the appointment and conduct of examinations in the investigation of this category of crimes were investigated. By means of summarizing the current investigative practice the main conditions that contributed to commit assaults on cash messengers during the collection of funds and other assets were identified and classified, as well as proposals to eliminate them was developed.
