A research object are processes of operative management by a machine-building enterprise with a multitop-level single and small-scale production. The aim of work is increases of efficiency of multitop-level machine-building production due to expansion of functionality of the integrated management information by a production by development of technology of informative support of processes of operative management. During realization of researches the methods of analysis of the systems, analytical and functional design are in-process used. As a result of researches: methodology of construction of the integrated management information is worked out by a multitop-level production; the model of presentation of structure of data is improved on the wares of multitop-level production, that provides reduction of volume of information of corresponding databases; an informative and mathematical case frame is programmatic realized by the productive workshop of multitop-level production; the offered informative models allowed to create informative support of technical preparation and operative management software a multitop-level production in single informative space. Degree of introduction - in practical activity of enterprises of machine-building area and higher educational establishments. Sphere of the use: on enterprises - for support of management processes by a multitop-level production; in higher educational establishments - at the study of questions of treatment of productive and normatively-certificate information.
