The dissertation is devoted to improving the physical and mechanical properties of concrete by increasing the homogeneity of the mixes at the expense of their preparation in three shaft mixer. A new formula for determining the degree of homogeneity in view of strength, density of control samples, the peripheral speed of the working body of the mixer, the coefficients of which depend on the strength and shape of grains of coarse aggregate. Based on this formula, developed functional diagram describing the process of preparing mortars. Studies of physical and mechanical properties of concrete mixes: sedentary, with polystyrene foam filler, steel fibre concrete, self compacting, mortars made in three shaft mixers improved design. The structure of control samples of concrete are molded on the above analysis of concrete mixtures with their degree of homogeneity. The algorithm for the prediction of physic-mechanical properties of concrete using the cascade mode of mixing the above preparation for concrete mixes. Technological map preparation steel fibre concrete mixtures in technological equipment set, consisting of concrete three shaft included improved designs and machine- cutter. Determined the economic effect of using three shaft mixer improved design for the preparation of compounds that were studied, taking into account the technological features of business processes for sedentary - 300 463 UAH/year for steel fibre concrete - 33 726 UAH/year.
