The dissertation is devoted to research and development of information technology of intellectual context identification of models at the models ensemble forming and application at the automated designing of integrated automated management system. The offered conceptual approach allows to get the basic products of designing from the models of ensemble, to decide the tasks of integration, adaptability of the created system, accumulation and use in it an knowledge on basis repository of models. The function of interaction with repository of models is entrusted to the rational agent.
