The processes of development of the system of finances of building enterprises are a research object. Research methods: dialectical, logical and historical methods, systems approach, scientific abstraction, theoretical generalization and systematization, structurally-logic analysis, financial that systems analysis, comparison, statistical that ekonomik-mathematical methods. Results: methodical principles of the system of financial safety of building enterprises, scientific approach to estimation of financial strength security of building enterprises; approach to determination of border of financial safety of building enterprises; approach to estimations of external and internal factors which influence on financial strength security of building enterprises. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of building enterprises of Ukraine.
