The processes of innovative development of enterprises of coal industry of Ukraine are a research object. Metody researches: logical generalization and abstracting, retrospective analysis, systems analysis, comparative analysis, statistical analysis, metody mathematical design. Results: methodical approach to determination of mountain rent; method of estimation of innovative attractiveness of ugledobyvayuschykh enterprises; comparative descriptions of ugledobyvayuschego and processing enterprise; systematization of factors of influence on innovative development of ugledobyvayuschykh enterprises; theoretical government bases by innovative development of ugledobyvayuschykh enterprises. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of enterprises of coal industry.
