This thesis deals with the problem of working out and creating of a sinter pressing unit to transform a great of dispersed sinter fraction and the intermediate one into embryonic centres and conditioned granules to raise efficiency level of agglomerating machines and quality of agglomerate. The analytical correspondence has been achieved in the research, which characterizes dry substance resistance to condensation. It is taken into consideration initial porosity of the layer and the module of elasticity of the medium deformed pelletized, a special Mathematic model has been elaborated to describe the sinter state pelletized due to its physical and mechanical properties; the analytical subject has been achieved to link the energy forcing characteristics of sinter condensation with construction and kinematic parameters of a rolling pressing unit working aggregate. The engineering method of calculation and choice of parameters of a rolling pressing is developed on the base of researches. The engineering method was used by joint company with the limited liability "KVMSH plus" when the equipment for open joint-stock company "Tulachermet" and public company "ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih" was designed.
