Essay

This thesis work is dedicated to analysis, theoretical and experimental research and technical decisions realization concerning advancement in blast-furnace smelting in the modern context. Quality of charging materials and mass amount of iron-ore flashing influence of blast-furnace smelting process is examined. The data allowed made it possible to substantiate ra-tional approach towards quality evaluation of furnace coke and sinter depending on real conditions and norms of blast-furnace smelting. It was determined the possibility of improving overall economics of charcoal blast furnace. It was demonstrated that the maintenance of gas-dynamic optimal regime of wells work according to criterion of a flow stream of a well gas it is worth while compensating the characteristics of fuel enriched blast with other parameters or just change the number of working lance, especially when it exists considerable decreasing of airing charges. The ways of tossing of blast-furnace wells are developed. They unable regular coke blast-furnace performance with high reaction capacity.
