The dissertation for a candidate's degree technical science by speciality 05.17.01 - technology of inorganic substances. - State Higher Education Institution "Ukrainian State University of Chemical Engineering" Dissertation is devoted to the development of compositions and the technology of obtaining technological lubricant based on the polymeric phosphates, modified with inorganic additives for the process of hot metal forming by pressure. In the thesis thermodynamic and kinetic researches of the process of monosodium phosphate of high temperature dehydration in unisothermal and isothermal conditions have been conducted. Basing on the received results the dependences distribution of concentrations of different forms of polymeric phosphates in time depending on the temperature have been presented. Hygroscopic properties of sodium polymeric phosphates mixtures and influence of inorganic additives on their coefficients of hygroscopicity and technological properties were investigated. The method of phosphates mixture division and determination of quantitative maintenance of different forms of polymeric phosphates in technological lubricants of VTS-1 and VTS-5 are developed. Dispersible composition of the developed technological lubricants was investigated and dependence of distributing of their particles by sizes was received. The experimentally-industrial tests of the developed technological lubricants were conducted on metal rolling aggregates. A technological scheme of obtaining inorganic polymeric phosphates and lubricants on their basis for the processes of hot-working of metals by pressure were developed. The developed technological lubricants are used in pipes production in the company of "Interpipe NTRP" Dnepropetrovsk. The technology of lubricants is used in the PE "SPC SVK" Dnepropetrovsk.
